Evan went through the whole process with me beginning with a FaceTime video and finishing with a FaceTime walk-through after the job was completed. This was important since we could not be there to look at the project. Evan also went the extra mile and installed a vinyl window film covering on one of our glass doors for privacy. Even though this was not in the contract and not something they normally do, he came through for us. The  timely completion of the job was also important as this is a short term rental.
