Tennessee Vol Orange Exterior Transformation Near Old Rutledge Pike
See how Good Faith Painting transformed a Knoxville rental property from light blue to a bold Tennessee Vol Orange and white exterior with pressure washing, careful preparation, and professional vinyl and metal painting.
Turning a Knoxville Rental Into a Tennessee-Themed Property
Michael R. wanted something much more distinctive than the existing light blue exterior. His goal was to transform the rental property with a Tennessee Vol Orange and white color scheme.
This was more than a maintenance repaint. The dramatic color change needed careful color matching and proper preparation of the home's vinyl and metal exterior surfaces.
Good Faith Painting pressure washed the exterior, scraped loose paint, sanded prepared areas, masked windows and fixtures, and protected the surrounding property before applying the new Sherwin-Williams coatings to the walls, trim, and doors.
Preparing Vinyl and Metal for a Major Color Change
The exterior was pressure washed to remove dirt and buildup before painting.
Loose paint was scraped and prepared areas were sanded to create a sounder surface.
Windows and fixtures were masked and surrounding areas were protected before coating.
Sherwin-Williams coatings created the requested Tennessee Vol Orange and white finish.
From Light Blue to Tennessee Vol Orange
The before-and-after views show how dramatically the new color scheme changed the identity of this Knoxville rental property.
