Exterior Home Transformation in Tellico Village
See how Good Faith Painting Company helped a Tellico Village homeowner confidently choose a new exterior color and transformed her single-story wood home in just three days.
A Confident Color Change for a Tellico Village Home
Bridget S. hired Good Faith Painting Company because she wanted to transform her home's exterior with an entirely new color.
Choosing a new exterior palette can feel like a major decision, so our team provided digital renderings and physical samples to help her visualize the finished home and finalize the color with confidence. She also found our pricing competitive compared with the other quotes she received and appreciated the service delivered throughout the project.
After thorough preparation, the team coated the wood siding, trim, doors, windows, railings, fascia, and soffits in a satin finish. The selected Kendall Charcoal HC-166 gave the exterior a striking new appearance while preserving a polished, cohesive look across every painted surface.
A Detailed Foundation for the New Finish
The exterior was pressure washed so dirt and buildup would not interfere with coating adhesion.
Loose paint was scraped away and rough areas were sanded to create a sound, even surface.
Prepared areas were primed, joints were caulked, and nail holes were filled before painting.
Windows and fixtures were masked, and the surrounding landscaping was carefully protected.

New Colors, Careful Preparation, and a Three-Day Turnaround
The completed project brought the homeowner's vision to life without overlooking the preparation needed for a lasting finish. Digital renderings helped guide the color decision, Noah's crew completed the work in three days, and the homeowner finished the project excited to recommend the company throughout her neighborhood.
