We Schedule in 90-Minute Blocks (But You’re Only Needed for Part of That)
We book our estimates in 1.5-hour windows, but don’t worry — we’ll only need your attention for about 30–45 minutes total.
Our goal is to make sure you feel heard, informed, and never rushed. The extra time on our end allows us to carefully evaluate your home, build a customized estimate, and make sure we get things right the first time.
We Start with a Quick Conversation and Walkaround
When we arrive, we’ll sit down with you for 15–20 minutes to learn more about your project. We want to understand your goals, your expectations around quality, and any problem areas you’ve noticed (like peeling trim, fading color, or old water damage).
Then we’ll do a quick walkthrough with you — inside, outside, or both — to see those areas in person and make sure we’re aligned on scope.
You’re Free While We Measure and Build Your Estimate
Once we’ve got a clear picture of your needs, you’re welcome to carry on with your day while we take measurements and put together a detailed, written estimate.
During this time, we’ll work through options for paint quality, project scope, and any add-ons you might want. If you’re on the fence about anything, we can run a few versions of the estimate to give you choices that fit both your vision and your budget.
We Review Everything with You — No Surprises
Before we head out, we’ll sit down for about 10–15 minutes to walk you through everything we’ve put together. We’ll answer your questions, clarify anything that seems fuzzy, and make sure the estimate reflects exactly what you’re looking for.
We’ll leave the full estimate with you — no waiting for an email or follow-up call. You’ll have what you need in hand to make a confident decision.
